1. Project Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin a project. This covers initial planning, design, and administrative costs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If services have not started and no design or development work has been done.
  • If we are unable to complete the project as agreed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed work, delivered milestones, or approved designs.
  • Change of mind or project cancellation after work has begun.

3. Process for Refunds

To request a refund:

  2. Include your name, project details, and reason for the request.
  3. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

4. Payment Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
